Judo for everyone
We strive to foster an atmosphere that prioritizes inclusiveness and mutual support, allowing each individual to flourish and build confidence in themselves.
Practical self-defense techniques. Judo focuses on using an opponents energy and balance against them, making it effective for individuals of all sizes and strengths to defend themselves in real-life situations.
Physical Fitness. Practicing Judo helps improve cardiovascular endurance, strength, flexibility, and balance. It’s an excellent way to stay in shape, build muscle, and increase your agility, making it suitable for people of all ages who want to improve their physical health.

Shin Gi Tai Coaches Abroad
Over the past two months, you would have noticed coaches missing from club training. This is is because we too enjoy competing and never stop learning and contributing to judo!
We are very pleased to share what we have been up to in announcing our Head Club Coach, Srdjan Sensei successfully passed his IJF A Referee Examination held recently in Dakar, Senegal! An incredible achievement, showing Srdjan Sensei’s commitment to officiating in our sport, obtaining refereeing’s highest qualification. We can’t overstate how big an achievement this is. Congratulations Srdj Sensei!
