Dr Lorivaldo Paz Landim Junior joins Shin Gi Tai

Introducing our club’s latest club coach, Dr Lorivaldo Paz Landim Junior, or as we affectionately call him, Junior Sensei!

Junior Sensei started his Judo journey in his native Brazil all the way back in 1985, then when he moved to Australia he was at Lang Park PCYC before making the move to Shingitai Judo Club.

Currently a third dan, he is IJF Level 1 Coach qualified, along with his Senior Coach (CAF) accreditation. Junior Sensei is also an IJF Continental Referee and Chair of the QLD Referee Commission.

We’ve known Junior Sensei for a long time now and he’s famous for his sense of humour, his empathetic and nurturing coaching style, as well as being a top quality human being! Welcome Sensei!!!
